If you want to participate, or, propose/candidate anybody, to be locked-up, or, be freed, in the   E-PRISON (or, somewhere else), submit name & reasons why, to bring them in front of DAO, who will have a commitment to act, as a Grand Jury, for felonies, and, war crimes.
