DAO stands for “DECENTRALIZED AUTONOMOUS ORGANIZATION” Governed by a Community Protocol venture SOCIAL liquid democratic revolutionary Club ecosystem, in smart contracts and collegially managed by a global community of Club Members, the so called ecosystem’s Token holders, and, delegates.
The CryptoHysteria.London PLATO-DAO owns all the most important smart contracts and assets that make up the Club: the Mutant Synthetic Token (the “Token”), the Mini Token, and, Micro Token, the Blockchain Gems Exchange, the Almost-Smuggled Dutch Auction, the Go-Go Girls Freelance Marketplace, and, the “Revolving Door E-Prison Concept By DAO”.
It also owns a substantial purse of the ecosystem Tokens which allows it to be truly autonomous, as well as subsidize various operations and initiatives throughout the Club ecosystem.
The Token is also used to have Governance power, i.e. to vote on management and future projects to be implemented as in any latest generation DEFI protocol. Like most of the latest generation decentralized finance projects, the Token also acts as a share, or as a title to be able to vote in Governance decisions. In the case of a system that is already so horizontal, the decision is particularly interesting, because it also allows those who participate to implement changes, choose new development models and modify those in progress, on an equal footing with the others.
When we talk about Tokens we are actually referring to different things. On the one hand we have the protocol, which is the set of rules for accessing the services that are offered by this blockchain. On the other hand, we can instead refer to the internal Token which is used both to pay the participating Members of the Club (and for loans), and instead for the Decentralized Governance System.
The DAO is supported by the Board of Governors (BOG). The Board acts as the guarantor of contract security, tasked with the job of providing a swift response to decision-making and bug reports. The Board will be able to quickly upgrade the smart contract implementation of the Club and replace it with a bug-free version upon receiving a responsible disclosure bug report. All contract updates must be unanimous. Comprising 5 members, the Board will be made up of several experts entities or individuals initially chosen by the Club Founder, and, later appointed by the community.
Members can be changed by the DAO – a vote must be started to remove or install a new member. This is an action that will involve the community using Tokens. A member of the BOG creates a vote for the community to add or remove a member of the BOG and community members use Tokens to cast their vote. “You can read more about the Board of Governors white pages here.
Initially, until fraud risk is reduced to its minimum extent possible, votes will only be created and scheduled by the BOG.
